Airfare to and from Shanghai, São Paulo and Delhi is not included. Participants in the India program should arrive at and depart from Delhi's Indira Gandhi international Airport (DEL). Participants in the Brazil program should arrive at and depart from São Paulo international Airport (GRU).
Cost of insurance (including medical emergency evacuation, travel, and cancellation insurance) is not included in the program fee. All students are required to have medical and medical emergency evacuation insurance for the time that they are participants in the programs. We recommend that you check with your current insurance provider to see if you already have such coverage for China, India, or Brazil or if such coverage can be added to your policy. We will also provide you with information on a program-recommended insurance vendor as part of the orientation package. Questions relating to the terms of insurance should be addressed directly to your chosen insurance provider. Students must enroll directly with the insurance provider and send to us by fax and official confirmation of insurance coverage before June 1, 2011.

In general, families applying for financial aid will be expected to pay at least fifty percent of the program fee. Financial aid decisions will be communicated to applicants within one month after the respective application deadlines.
